Our Care Team
Our team of care managers, nurses and caregivers is built on respect, trust, experience, and long-standing relationships.
Our team members have many years of experience in diverse care situations. Our caregivers genuinely enjoy working with their clients, team members and our company. All of our team members come to us through personal referrals - we do not post jobs. Many of our caregivers have been working with Eldercare Concierge for years, and we have virtually zero turnover in our team (compared to industry average of 60-80% annually).
They in turn provide the utmost care quality.
Our team is a diverse group of professionals spanning different ages and backgrounds. We are uniquely equipped to match each client with the right caregiver— ensuring comfort, compatibility, and exceptional support.
How We Started
Growing up in a multigenerational household, Kristin experienced firsthand the profound wisdom, love, and care that comes from having grandparents as part of her daily life. Whether it was helping with household chores, listening to cherished family stories, or assisting with day-to-day care, Kristin became intimately familiar with the unique challenges and rewards that come with supporting older loved ones.
Inspired by this upbringing, Kristin became a social worker in a long-term care facility, an aging life care specialist and a certified care manager. K&K Eldercare Concierge was then founded in 2013 to support senior members of our community.
